✶ Rebranded Catholic Principals' Council of Ontario visual identity. Developed and implemented marketing content strategy and brand symbols/elements.
✶ Branded the Ontario Institute for Education Leadership (OIEL), organized and delivered a comprehensive presentation on effective branding strategies, enhancing consistency across all OIEL print and digital communications between internal and external channels.
✶ Rebranded the award-winning magazine, Principal Connections, by redesigning the logo and cover, supporting its growth from 46 to 60 pages, increasing revenue and exposure, and attracting major advertisers and renowned writers encompassing Avis Glaze, Andy Hargreaves, Steve Munby, Michael Fullan, Kenneth Leithwood, Jim Knight, and Temple Grandin.
✶ Planned the rollout of organizations' MarCom, which innovated marketing information sharing, enhanced brand consistency and clarity in all communications and media relations, and further increased social media following and engagement.
